Da Nang has a wide hotel range anchored by international luxury properties on the beach strip and practical mid-range options in the city centre.

Luxury (₫2,500,000+ / $100+)

Hyatt Regency Da Nang: Consistently one of Da Nang’s top-rated properties. Direct beach access on My Khe, multiple pools, high-quality restaurant. ₫3,500,000–8,000,000 ($140–320).

InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort: On Son Tra peninsula, built dramatically into a cliff above its own private beach. Arguably the most impressive resort in central Vietnam. ₫5,000,000–15,000,000 ($200–600). Significantly more expensive than other Da Nang options.

Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort: On My Khe with direct beach access. Mid-luxury — good pool and beachfront without the extreme prices of the Hyatt or InterContinental. ₫2,500,000–5,000,000 ($100–200).

Mid-range (₫700,000–2,500,000 / $28–100)

An Bang Beach Village: Simple guesthouses and family-run hotels in the An Bang Beach area (technically closer to Hoi An but accessible from Da Nang). Quieter beach, lower prices. ₫300,000–700,000 ($12–28).

City centre guesthouses: The streets behind the Han River waterfront have budget guesthouses with private rooms from ₫250,000–500,000 ($10–20).

What to look for

Direct beach access: Means no crossing a road to reach the sand. Worth paying extra for if beach time is the priority.

Pool: Da Nang’s beaches have rough surf outside the April–October swimming season. Pools are important outside peak beach season.

Airport transfers: Da Nang airport is so close that transfer cost is minimal regardless of hotel — don’t pay extra for this.
